What I don’t like Monday: bad dreams about events that have already occurred.

I had a dream last night where I had to check out of my apartment in Eburg. I dreamt that even though I was supposed to check out I had loads of stuff I still had to pack up. Along with that, the new roommates had already moved in so I felt bad that I was taking up their space. I began to wonder why I was even checking out in September when I was supposed to have done it at the end of August. It was all very stressful.

It’s not an uncommon occurrence for people to have dreams about not graduating from school or having problems at work after those events have already been long gone and solved. For some reason our brains just like giving us restless nights of sleep. Well I don’t like it. I don’t like having stressful dreams about stuff that has passed. It’s not fair. My brain should be celebrating the fact that I checked out of my apartment on time without too many issues. Not making me think I failed!

Bad dreams, I do not like you. I should learn how to control my dreams. Not only would that fix the problem of bad dreams, but my dreams could be so awesome. Think about it, I could be as tiny as a leaf and have a red panda as my steed…
