Holiday cookies: Marshmallow Brownie Supreme

This dessert is easy to make and is so delicious and rich that you don’t need a huge piece. That means it can last you a while if only a couple of you are eating it! (I think it took us a couple of weeks to finish them all)

  • Box of brownies and all ingredients needed to make them.
  • Bag of mini marshmallows
  • 1 12oz package of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  1. Make a pan of brownies. Bake for a minute less than directions say.
  2. Take brownies out and sprinkle the marshmallows on top, covering the brownies. Put back in oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly melted.
  3. Let the brownies cool for a bit. Then make the icing.
  4. Put chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir and then microwave in increments of 30 seconds (stirring each time) until everything is melted. Stir in peanut butter and then the rice krispies.
  5. Spread on top of brownies, let sit for a bit to solidify and enjoy!
