To those of you who celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope had a great one.
I meant to post this in the morning before all of the festivities but that, for some reason, went out the window.
I got to video chat with Lydia, Dave, Martha, and Gene’s uncle, Steve, which was a lot of fun and really nice. I love being able to do that. Technology has allowed me to keep in touch with people and actually see their faces even though we are miles and miles apart. I’m very thankful for that.
I went over to my parents’ place for Thanksgiving dinner which was much fun. I showed my cousin Colleen one of my favorite games at the moment, Terraria. I also played the Game of Life on her phone with her (I won by like $5,000). We had a delicious and filling dinner (stuffing was the best) and got to share what we are thankful for.
We played a game that Lydia got my parents a couple of years ago, Guesstimations (My dad won) and then we watched the movie Wall-E.
Chatting of course occurred and lots of laughs were had.
Happy Thanksgiving to those of you who spent it with your family or spent it with friends, or even spent it alone. I am thankful for every reader I have and I hope you are having a wonderful day.
