My morning walks: I’ve only been walking for less than 2 weeks but I’m enjoying it so far. I think it helps improve my mood and might make me a bit more productive. It’s nice to take 30 minutes to myself and just walk. I can think about whatever I want or I can let my mind rest. I’m not worried about the time because I’ve allotted 30 minutes so I’m taking those 30 minutes. It’s quite relaxing. Although walking likely won’t be in my next 30-day challenge (at least not everyday), I would like to continue doing it as often as I can.
I highly recommend 30-day challenges (as you may already be tired of me saying) and I encourage you all to try one whether it be exercise, eating, practicing a skill, or learning something new. Because of this challenge I’ve gotten to see coyotes, birds, ducks, rabbits, squirrels, and the lovely snow. How can I not be happy?!
