Last night it snowed. Now, I’m not great at estimating numbers whether it be weight, age, or any other type of measurement, so take that with a grain of salt, but I’d say we got around 3 or 4 inches, maybe more. It looked like a lot to me. I got up this morning and there was snow on the ground. I went to brush off my car around 8:20 am and by then the snow was already starting to melt a little. By the time I left for work, at 9:30, the snow from my car was completely melted and the streets just had a lot of water on them.
The high today, according to wunderground, was 55, which is awesome. And it was sunny, which is even more awesome. So when I had lunch at 2:00, the snow was already melted.
This is why I love Colorado. It can snow one day and be completely gone by the end of the next. Yes we have our bad moments, where snow lasts two or three days, but then it’s over and everything is good again.
I think I’m going to have to write a blog post about why Colorado is so awesome. Look for that soon! 😉
