Here is another TED Talk that I think all people in their 20s should watch. And people in their teens. And people who just need a bit of inspiration perhaps? Or a kick of motivation? It’s about not letting life pass by, about taking action and being conscious of one’s actions, of being proactive and aware. It’s probably something the majority of us could work on.
I know sometimes I feel like I’m just drifting in life, not really doing anything of worth, but perhaps that’s not always true. I have a steady job, a good job. I have a steady boyfriend. I have friends and I spend time with them every so often. But it’s still good to be aware of where I am in life and where my present actions are leading me. It’s good to evaluate one’s life every once in a while. I don’t want time to fly by and then one day I realize I am stuck. And I don’t want that for anyone else either, so let’s all watch some TED Talks, read some good books, and go outside!
