Lydia is arriving tomorrow to visit for a week. Since all of our spare rooms are taken I made a little “bedroom” area in our basement. Might not be the prettiest but I think it will do! I was going to try to hang sheets to make “walls” but I realized it wasn’t going to be easy. I also had trouble with the curtain on the window (not pictured), the rod didn’t want to stay up, but it works well enough for now. It actually looks pretty cozy.

Oh my goodness! This is so nice! Looks very cozy. You could also use a room divider if you wanted. Remember your “bedroom” in our apt? Did you use a tension rod for the window curtains?
For wall curtains where there is no window, use 2 or 3 large command hooks and a lightweight curtain and rod. You may already have tried this. You did an excellent job! The mattress looks like a real bed. Woo Hoo!
Just here to let everyone know, it is definitely cozy and not basement like at all! And I’m staying in it in winter! 😀
