Today I went to two different schools for their monthly data/check in meeting. It was the first time I had attended one of these meetings so that was exciting for me. I schedule them and move them around so to go to one and see what they do was neat.
It was also quite tiring. I took notes during the two meetings which meant I didn’t do any other work, and today was payroll day and it’s the week where my manager submit evaluations for their principals. Busy.
I was able to go back to my office for two hours between the meetings so I did get work done then which was quite helpful. When I got back to the office I was greeted with an engagement present from my two coworkers!
They got me and Gene this lovely art that says “Oh happy day”. In my rush to get to the next school meeting I left it on my desk but I’ll have to take a picture of it as I think it’s quite nice. They also got us a jar full of kisses, which is sweet and delicious.
