This first week back from break has gone quite well thus far. On Monday we beat the Pathfinder game we had lost twice previously (the second time we lost on the last turn, Gene rolled all 1s!). Needless to say we were all pretty excited when we kicked butt. This new Pathfinder game we are playing is much harder than the original. I knew it would be different but I didn’t think it would be more difficult. This game may take us longer to beat but we’ll definitely beat it at some point.
On Tuesday Elisabeth and I made energy bites for us all to take to work. We didn’t grind the flaxseed this time and I think I like it better that way. I also went grocery shopping and bought two t-shirt dresses from Costco! Today I was surprised with a second monitor at work and an orange hand picked from California by a coworker’s dad.
Who knows what the rest of the week will bring!
