My day started with some homegrown Black-eyed Susan’s from Brenda’s yard. That’s right, she had heard me say last week that I really like those flowers and so she picked some for me from her garden. How sweet is that? It brightened my desk all day and now it’s brightening my home.
Then this afternoon I went on a walk with Brenda and another coworker, Katie, and Katie ended up buying me a chocolate chip cookie from D Bar. What a treat!
