Writer, crafter, reader, explorer. I live in Denver, Colorado with my cat, Pippin, and my roommate, Elisabeth. While my blog may be titled “Just Lauren”, I am anything but just a person. I am intricate, complicated, goofy, and nuanced (plus some!). I enjoy books, cooking and baking, cross stitch, painting, plants, writing, and the little things. You can most often find me walking at my neighborhood park, wearing my cat baseball hat, taking advantage of the free museum passes our library districts’ offer, visiting another nearby park, or trying a new recipe at home. I try to take advantage of all the awesome activities and experiences to do in my city and state (check out my Colorado page for all my favorite things about living here). I also try to live life to the fullest, so every Wednesday I share a What I like Wednesday post about something I’m enjoying. Then there’s my #30 before 40 list of 30 activities I want to accomplish before I turn 40 years old. I use this blog to keep track of my thoughts and adventures so let’s have fun and savor life together!
